Terms of sale

This is a plain-English summary of Tunisia Dream's terms of sale. The French version is the legally binding reference.

1. Booking

Bookings are confirmed once the deposit is paid and the partner confirms availability. Prices are shown in EUR or TND depending on your billing country.

2. Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe (international) or Konnect (Tunisian dinar). A receipt and invoice are issued automatically.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are stated on each experience or stay page and are shown again before payment.

4. Liability

Tunisia Dream acts as a marketplace connecting travelers with vetted local partners. Partners remain responsible for the services they operate.
